AI cold email agency
Cold email outreach, done for you.
We find the companies that buy what you sell, write each one a short email about their business, send it, and hand you the replies.
What you get
- A list of companies that buy what you sell
- AI research on every company
- A personal first line in every email
- Two follow-ups per company
- Every reply read and sorted
- Interested replies sent straight to you
How it works
From a cold list to a warm reply.
- 01 Find
We build the list.
Companies that match your buyer, with addresses they publish: the owner's if it's listed, then a listed contact, then a general inbox. We never guess an address, and we skip anyone already emailed.
- 02 Research
AI reads each company's website.
It picks one real, specific detail: a product line, a new location, a program they run. If we can't confirm the site belongs to that company, we skip it.
- 03 Write
Every email is about them.
The AI writes the lines about each company. The rest, what you offer and the ask, we write with you once. A check runs on every email before it sends: length, no hype words, no exclamation marks, nobody emailed twice.
- 04 Send
Slow and steady.
A few dozen new emails a day from each inbox, plain text, one recipient at a time. Each company gets two short follow-ups in the same thread, around day 4 and day 8.
Warm replies go to you.
We read every reply. Interested people go straight to you. A no gets a polite one-line reply and is never emailed again.
What a first email looks like
Short, plain and about them. The highlighted line is the only part written for this one company. The rest is the template we write with you.
Example companies.
Hey Dana,
Congrats on getting Riverbend into 1,200 stores. That's a lot of jars to get to a lot of shelves in one piece.
We make shipping cases for food brands, sized so nothing breaks on the way to the store. Want a few samples sized for your jars? Reply yes.

Who it's for
Companies that sell to other businesses: manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, suppliers and service firms. It works best when you can name the kind of company that buys from you, and when one good customer is worth a real conversation.
Questions
A tool sends what you write. We build the list, research every company, write the lines about each one, send the emails and sort the replies. You get the replies, not another login.
Yes. We write the template with you before anything sends. The AI only writes the lines about each company, and every email is checked before it goes out.
From what each company publishes: the owner's address if it's listed, then a listed contact, then a general inbox. We never guess an address from someone's name.
A few dozen new emails a day from each inbox. To reach more companies we add inboxes. We don't push more email through one.
No. No one can honestly promise that. We can promise that every email is about the company it goes to, and that every interested reply goes straight to you.
Yes, in the U.S., under the CAN-SPAM Act, as long as you follow its rules: honest headers and subject lines, a mailing address and an easy way to opt out.
It depends on how many companies we email and what you need. We price it after your free plan, on a Google Meet.
